Here’s the deal on how we ship your order.

Where we ship

We ship internationally, but for now our focus is on countries within the European Union:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

*We do not ship to France, Switzerland, or Norway at this time.

How we ship

All orders are shipped with UPS Standard directly from our fulfillment center in Spain.

Processing: Orders placed before 15:00 CET are shipped the same business day.

Transit time: Depending on your location within Europe, we recommend allowing up to 3-7 business days.

You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping costs

Shipping is FREE on all EU* orders. No hidden fees, no minimum spend.

Delivery & Delays

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the capable hands of UPS. They’re usually fast and reliable, but sometimes delays happen: weather, holidays, or the occasional mystery detour across Europe.

If your tracking hasn’t moved for a few days, reach out to us at dylan@never-short.com and we’ll help chase it down.

If a package ever goes missing, don’t worry. We’ll work directly with UPS to sort it out and make things right.
