Refund policy

We want you to love your joggers. If you don’t, here’s how returns work:

Return window

You can return your joggers within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include your order number or proof of purchase so we can process your return quickly.

Return shipping

We don’t cover return shipping costs. Here’s why:

  • We’re a small brand (not a billion euro giant)
  • Covering every return would push us to raise prices for everyone.
  • Having customers cover their own return postage helps reduce “bracketing” (ordering multiple sizes just to send most of them back), which is better for the planet too.

You can use any postal service you prefer, but we strongly recommend using a tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit, so tracking protects both you and us.

Make sure to include your order number on the package so we can process your refund quickly.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Here’s how it works:

  1. Return your original order.
  2. Place a new order in the size you need.

This allows you to receive your new pair faster instead of waiting for your return to be processed first.

Damaged or incorrect items

If we made a mistake or your joggers arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right.

Before returning anything, contact us at dylan@never-short.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we'll send you a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice). We'll cover all return shipping costs for verified defects or errors on our end.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first, as we need to verify the issue and provide a return label. Returns sent without authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unclaimed Pick Up Point Orders

For orders delivered to a pick up point, customers are responsible for collecting the package within the courier’s stated timeframe.

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, the customer must submit a refund request through our standard returns process.

Once approved, we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Unclaimed packages are not eligible for free reshipment or full refunds.
